ORDERING Trendy Kids Clothing is proud to offer FREE DELIVERY to all Australian Major Metropolitan areas for all orders over and above $100. For orders less than $100 there is a FLAT RATE Shipping fee of $7.50. For Regional areas, the flat rate fee is $9.95. At this point in time, Trendy Kids Clothing unfortunately does not offer shipping outside of Australia. Orders can be made directly through our secure website using Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer or PayPal. Please note that you do not require a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Alternatively you may contact us by either calling 0404 466 636 to place an order over the phone or you can simply email info@trendykidsclothing.com.au for an order form. DELIVERY Trendy Kids Clothing dispatches parcels within 24-48 hours of all payments being processed and provided all ordered items are in stock. We will always notify you if there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability. Trendy Kids Clothing utilizes the services of Australia Post, Express Post and Specialist Courier services for all deliveries. Where an order has been sent via Express Post, you will be sent a tracking number where you will be able to track your order. All Courier deliveries require a signature before any goods are released. If there is no one to receive the package then a calling card will be left with contact details for you to call and make further arrangements. Any charges for re-delivery will be paid for by you the customer. Please note that delivery details will be confirmed once all payments have cleared and you are sent a confirmation email with your delivery information. Should you have a request for an urgent delivery, please contact us at info@trendykidsclothing.com.au and we will try to provide assistance as best we can. Trendy Kids Clothing does not accept liability for any items that may be lost or damaged during delivery. It is your responsibility to notify Trendy Kids Clothing if an order has not been received and we will endeavor to make all necessary inquiries. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and any specific instructions with regards to your order and it will be at the sole discretion of Trendy Kids Clothing if a replacement will be sent. In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Trendy Kids Clothing as undeliverable, an extra charge of $7.50 will apply. DAMAGED ITEMS Faulty items or items damaged in transit are uncommon and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
